30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

You have a full 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item, risk-free.

Webinar Eligibility: Returning your Posture Lobster means you’ll no longer be eligible to attend our monthly Posture Correction Webinars. Consequently, you will stop receiving email invitations for these events.

Return Conditions:

For your item to be eligible for a return:

  • It should be in the same condition as when received.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It should have its tags intact.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, reach out to us at support@10inprogress.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return address, and you will be responsible for shipping the item back in its original packaging to the return address provided. 

To speed up the processing of your return, please inform us of the tracking code of your shipment by sending us an email to support@10inprogress.com

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to the return. The final refund amount will be the total price of your order minus any shipping costs (both from the original order and related to the return or exchange).

When it comes to exchanges, the customer will be required to pay for shipping on the new item that is being exchanged for. If the customer is unsatisfied with the new item and wants a refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to send the item back. If the customer decides to use the labels provided by us, we will either bill the customer for the shipping fees or take it out of the final refund amount.

Restocking Fee:
Every item returned will incur a $3 restocking fee. This is a fee charged by our third-party warehouse to process the return. The restocking fee will be taken out from the refund amount.

Exchanges:
If you are exchanging an item, we will send out your new size after the return has been processed.

If You Are Unable to Locate Your Package:
If the postal courier has marked your order as delivered and you are unable to find your package, we will offer a free replacement as long as you have purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout. 

Without the purchase of Shipping Insurance, we cannot offer any replacements or refunds if the postal service has marked your order as delivered. 

If the postal service did not mark your item as delivered and your item was lost in transit, we will offer a replacement free of charge.

POSTURE LOBSTER 30-Day Guarantee

If you do not observe noticeable improvement in your pain or posture after using the Posture Lobster consistently for 30 days, you are eligible to return it for a full refund. You must initiate your return within 35 days from the date you received the Posture Lobster to qualify for this guarantee.

Please note that the final refund amount will be the total order price minus any shipping fees related to the initial order and the return process.

POSTURE LOBSTER Lifetime Warranty

What’s Covered:
Material Defects: Should your Posture Lobster show signs of material defects, we will replace it at no charge to you.

Craftsmanship: We believe in the superior construction of our products. If you encounter any issues related to the craftsmanship of your Posture Lobster, you’re covered.

What’s Not Covered:

Regular Wear and Tear: While the Posture Lobster is designed to be durable, all products have a natural lifespan and may show signs of wear over time. Regular wear and tear, such as fading of materials, minor nicks, scratches, and the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use, are not covered under this policy.

Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from mishandling, dropping, spills, or other unforeseen accidents is not covered under this policy. This includes damages caused by external factors like exposure to harmful chemicals, extreme temperatures, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. Please handle your Posture Lobster with care to ensure its longevity.

How to Use Your Warranty:
Contact Us: If you face any issues covered under this warranty, contact our customer support team with your registered product details. You can email us at support@10inprogress.com or call us at (424) 577-3781

Send Product: Ship your defective Posture Lobster to us for inspection.

Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will provide you with a brand-new replacement, free of charge.

Exclusions:
Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.

Non-Transferrable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Single Use: Each lifetime warranty comes with one replacement, on the originally purchased Posture Lobster.

Multiple Warranties: For warranty coverage on multiple Posture Lobsters, contact our support team within 7 days of your initial purchase to add extra warranties to your order.

SLEEP SEAL Money-back guarantee

To be eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee on your SLEEP SEAL purchase, you can only open one pouch. You have until 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund, and you must return the remaining unused pouches. You do not need to open the one pouch you opened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
