My order was supposed to arrive today, but it has not! What should I do?
Please contact the postal service linked to your tracking ID. You may need to start an investigation with them. After you start an investigation, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help you find your package.
How long will it take for my product to ship?
We do our best to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days. If we run out of inventory, we will contact you right away.
Can you ship to countries outside of the USA?
While the majority of our customers are based in the United States, if you’d like our product shipped to another country, please send us an email at support@10inprogress.com and we’ll arrange a custom order for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not fulfilled. Since we are generally quick with fulfilling orders, you must reach out immediately to cancel your order. Even then, it’s not a guarantee your order will be canceled. However, you can always return your item.
